Tailor-made suit with possibility to close yourself from the surroundings. Background: I think the main influences for this work were the prison-suits from Guantamo-camp. I thought about the same kind of suit, only tailor-made and - unlike those suits where they isolate you - in this one you isolate yourself. Also, one of the main ideas is the way you are able to hide the main marks of human identity. The essential part was also the hybridism of the suit and also the happening: the suit is a mix of overalls, streetwear fashion and tailor-made suit and in the photoshoot/happening I sort of put myself on display while closing myself inside the suit.

Limo Wreck

“Limo Wreck” on maskeerattu päähenkilö kulkemassa mieletöntä kierrostaan Helsingin keskustassa pitkällä valkoisella limusiinillaan, ympärillään hetkeä taltioiva joukkio. Hänellä on missio palauttaa “Uskollinen puutarhuri” - teoksessa taiteilijan kadulta “pelastamat” ja sittemmin tappamat rikkaruohot. Rikkaruohon korvikkeissa on kuitenkin, kuten koko tapahtumassa jotain vikaa...
